Wobble at highway speeds

So after trying no windshield, still handling poorly, different shock pressures, still no good, jacked up the rear end and discovered that my spokes were so loose that the wheel would move about a 1/4". I tightened up the spokes and she rides great now. And I have to say that I love the Long Ride Shield. went with the 19" and I have less wind and better view over the shield. Thanks for the help guys.
