where on the website can i look for this on my vin? recall info section? also where can i find my build date?
Go to http://www.h-d.com, look along the top, there's a small link that says "owners".
You'll have to create an account, and have your vin ready to enter it in, then along the lower right, once you're logged in you'll see a link that says "Check Recalls" in the lower right quadrant
The program mentioned is listed for my Road King's VIN as well. Bike build was 12/11, VR production 5111. I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow. I hope there is something they can really do, quickly and substantially!
