All of the above plus a little trick even long rides in the cage, take your wallet out of your back pocket and put in your saddle bag or tour box.

I go along with the legs fighting the wind. I'll stretch my leg out along side the crash bar (no highway pegs) however a quick stretch usually provides a short lived relief. I wonder if a set of lowers would cure all.
As for now I just make a stop and walk it off.

Happened to me when i bought the bike....new seat, backrest, pegs....As far as the pegs are concerned...i use to have single position pegs and then went to the HD 360 degrees highway pegs and adjusted them to where i can rest my heels on the edge of the floorboard and my foot on the peg or i can put my feet on the peg all together...I would say the seat is the main issue if you still have stock it may be a tad too wide in the front and pressing on your inner thigh to cut some blood circulation and affecting your leg???? several factors to consider i know...I have severe RA and Type II Diabetes so my circulation is compromised already...i just recently got the circulator pad and WOW!...improvement.

Good luck.

Looks like your riding a bagger, so I'm going with try to relax a little. Do you have scuff marks on the side of your gas tank?

The key to comfort is relax but your seat may be too wide for you that could do it as well
