Ouch!!! That's where the term if you are gonna be stupid, you better be tough comes from. Never worn shorts on a Motorcycle and never will!!!

Lol everyone. I deserved it and I know it. It looks worse than it is really. Just a couple of layers. If I'm lucky, there will be nice little scar to add some extra protection for the next time!

I'm just over 400 miles on the bike now and am absolutely kicking myself for not doing this 10 years ago. What an awesome machine.

ouch. good thing thats all that happened. Used to me an EMT. watched asphalt get scrubbed out of skin with a wire brush from guy wearing shorts that ate it. Never did it, but that was enough to make sure I never did!
