Warped rotor , I'd bet a pay check on it. You say its brand new with zero miles, how do you know the lever pulses then?
Trust me you need new rotor.
When I bought my Electra I took it home overnite and gave the wife a ride and took it back the next day. Everything was fine.
Bought it two days later and the front brake pulsed? I said WTF? Dealer had put new tires brakes and rotors on before I did the test ride before it even hit the showroom floor.....They were baffeled,,,,rotors specd out but I made them put new ones on anyways
