Default How big can you go with stock stroke and cases (96")?

Hi All,
I'm just curious how big (cubic inches) you can go using the stock stroke and stock engine cases? I was thinking 117" with case boring but not sure. This is for a 96", not sure if the 103 and 110" use the same cases.
Thanks,
J.

I'm sure you can go 117, I would check with somebody like Frank at Dragos to get all the details.

I believe 107 would be as big as you want to go using the stock 96" jugs. But as suggested ask the pro's....Drago's, Fuel Moto etc.

No case boring required. Personally, I'd do the Fuel Moto 107 kit before this.

If you are referring to boring the stock case instead of buying new you can go to 124 with a 4 5/8 crank. S&S has a 124 hot set up kit using stock cases ( there are many 120 inch kits as well) you must buy the 4 5/8 crank when going past 117"( corrrect me guys if I am wrong on that). if you are asking what is the max without boring stock cases and using your 4 3/8 crank then 107.

With 4 3/8 stroke you can go to 124 with 4.250 bore but tough to seal bottom of the barrels.. Most go 4.125 bore to get 117. Both require case boring.
