I was going to get mine done last year, I called them 3 times left messages and they never got back to or my emails. I ended up buying a tall boy, Still want stock seat done (ANV seat) going to look locally

WOW! Sure you dialed the right number?
I had my SG seat narrowed, lowered and memory foam up front, double memory foam done in the rear. Just went on a 6 day, 3,000+ mile trip, two up and neither one of us had a bad thing to say about the seat. In fact, now that I think of it, the subject just never came up which means it did it's job well ......
They did mine as a ride-in appointment on June 29th. Told me it would take 800 miles to break in. I told them it would be broken in by day's end.
It is now a more comfortable seat. ANY seat will leave you kind of sore after 800 mile days, though. After doing 2500+ in 4 1/2 days, I wasn't in bad shape on the following day - that says a lot to me.

Yep last July when I bought bike. I called three times in aweek during the day, No answer, left messages and emailed. No return call or answered email. I got the number off there site and email. sad thing is I am sure they have seen my posts about complaining they never even tried to contact me. After I bought the tallboy, I kinda put it on the back burner, But now that bike was painted I think the stock seat would look cooler than the tall boy
