Default Air filter kit/ tuner
What tuner is everyone using?

Also what air filter kit is everyone using?

I have been looking at the big sucker II.

I do not know much about these tuners.

Do a search 'tuners' 'Air Breathers' etc. There's a lot of info in the archives so sit back and soak it in. Every thread on the subject do as I do and read everything in it. Take your time and your question will be answered......

I'm using Fuelmoto's stage one air filter and a PCV tuner also from Fuelmoto. Do a search for Fuelmoto you'll find a lot of good feed back.

I just installed the Fuel Moto Stage 1 Package consisting of 4" Jackpot slip-ons, Fuel Moto Air Cleaner, and PC-V with FM's map. I'm still awaiting my backordered FM headpipe, but I can say there's a tremendous difference in power. The Jackpots aren't too loud either, but bark nicely when on the throttle.

The Fuel Moto Air Cleaner was very easy to install and appears to be well designed.

As a new HD owner I had several questions which FM answered quickly and competently.

That's my 2 cents.

If $ wasnt a problem, I would get the thundermax...it replaces the ecm, will do auto tune and you can take it with you if you sell the bike.

Thats what I did too and my review. It made a nice difference for passing at highway speeds and I've come to like the sound of the pipes; it's not to loud.

On my Softail heritage I used Fuelmoto intake, a better choice than the others, Rush full exhaust with no cats, and Xieds. Much cooler than stock and ran well. Didn't need a tuner. Going to run my new Tri glide bone stock and see how it goes.

There isn't enough HP and Torque increase to justify the $ in my opinion.
