Got Ping?
Called the tuner that tweaked my RK June 20th, still have been experiencing the PING beast. So, it's nice out weather wise, but I think I will hold off until the shop can assess my tune on the 7-25.
to ride.
The sound of someone firing a BB gun into a tincan does not thrill me when I twist the wick, and i am a little paranoid I suppose of causing damage to pistons etc., riding the bike with this happening.
Hopefully the tuner can pull out some timing and fix the issue. I do not have the SE tuner software, i would be lost trying to do any map mods myself.
Maybe, if i was running a power vision tuner I could get the issue fixed without having to spend dyno time again...

If you have pinging at WOT (or twisting the wick in the OP's words), xied's will do nothing for that.
