Default Front wheel question

I just purchased a lift. While up on the lift I noticed that there seems to be a fair amout og resistance from the brakes when I spin the wheel. How freely should the wheel spin? Should there be any contact between the brake pads and the rotor?

My bike is a 2010 Road King with ABS.

Brake pads are always in contact with the rotors. It's normal.

I get about 2 1/2 turns when I spin it hard on the lift. My brake pads always slightly contact the rotors.

I gave it a good Wheel of Fortune spin and that is about all I got. I haven't noticed the rotors getting hot and they look okay so I guess its not a problem.
