Mid-Atlantic Engine Builder Recommendation
OK -- I've got a year or so on my 96" 09 SG. I'm still a very green rider (about 10,000 miles total) and my bike still seems fast, but it's "only" a 96" in a world of 103", 106" ... and sometimes bigger is better. I'm working on the bling side. This winter I'm going to have a builder tweak the motor. My goal is >100 hp and BIG low end, with a quiet baffle in my V&H 2:1s and rock solid reliability. (Put the quiet baffle in my Stage 1 bike; it ran like a choked dog, although I had not re-dynoed. Sad.)
I'm looking for recommendations on builders around Washington DC. Can you help?
Re teh build list, I need to learn a lot more before I ask your collective opinion on that. For now I want to get lined up with the shop.

Your very lucky to be next door to them...........
If nothing else, you owe it to yourself to take a ride and talk to them.
You can thank me after they do your engine work :-)

Shoot. Thought I'd get all kinds of recommendations.
How about Iron Works in Gaithersberg, C&C Cycles in Severn, or Zipper's in Elkridge?
Does everyone do their own builds?
