I prefer the stock crash guards on my StreetGlide but put the Mustache style on my GF's Deluxe.

Good point kingjj!Are you talking about the mustache engine guard with these peg mounts?

Also...is there any difference in protection between the standard shape and mustache engine guards in the event of a tip-over or lay-down? Thanks!
