Built bikes can be as low as in the high 20's. Stock or stage 1, mid to high 40's. My last Sportie could get mid 50's on the hwy, and my son's CB360 cafe is in the 60's at cruise.
I should have made it more clear in my last post. I average 44mpg normally. I did not realize how much of a difference non-ethanol made my MPG. I never used non-ethanol for a complete trip, 2-up riding with loaded bags and gear. The bike ran the same as before, so yes, I was surprised.

2010 RK, 19,000 miles, stock air cleaner, factory tuned, stock 2-1 exhaust including the cat, 38-42 mpg. Most of my riding is highway at 70-75mph.
