You can have a fulepak dynoed to get the output it is making your bike produce, but I think what your trying to say is a fuelpak system tuneable...no, it is not...Fuelpak is a "canned" fuel management system...another words it is what it is...you can not fine tune it or make precise changes...you can only change the setting of a particular "mode" that V&H has selected...so to answer your question more directly you are correct...hope this helps

If you think you will be making changes in the future, want something that will autotune the AFR to meet your set-up, I would highly suggest the thundermax with Autotune. Been using it for almost 4 years now and very pleased with it.
