Default ants!

Left my bike in the driveway from riding in the mountains comeout in the morning to clean it and ants are all over it and I believe they have also caused a short in my running light replaced the bulb and nothing is this covered by Warranty?

You oughta thank them for eating the bugs off of your paint.

a short in the running light is would show as a blown fuse- if the connection is "open" then the fuse will be good, but no power to the socket.

check the bulb is in correctly and use a know working bulb, like the one fron the other side.

probably not.

just try swapping in another bulb- if no luck and you have a warranty, give them a call.

if you ride it, use arm signals for other traffic

Thanks man im going to switch the lights and see if that is the problem I've never seen so many ants on something

Don't think I would mention the ants if you take it in for a problem..... just tell them it quit working.... they are an outside force happening to the machine.. not a defective factory part... there is a possibility they could deny your claim... Even if the ants aren't what actually caused the problem.. Depends on the dealer and how much they like to get out of warranty work. Just something to think about.

Ants causing a short in the wiring come on now. they must have big teeth.

Yea I made sure all the ants are dead im taking it to the stealer tomorrow went to school with u few of the mechs there they said if its a short they'll cover it most likely. I think its a sweet bike haha 05 road king custom glacier pearl
