Went out to my dealer to pay the bill for my 95in, 204 winter mods and was told that I was in luck. They had a cartridge in stock to flash my ECM to match the changes. They brought out the boxes with the stock cams and pistons as well as a box that had the cartridge in it. But, because of the research I have done on this site Iknew that the part number of the cartridge was not for the 25 degree injectors that I have. I asked and they said that I was correct and that it was a good catch on my part. They hadn't checked what injectors I had and "assumed" I had the 8's. Thanks to all the great guys and gals that are on this forum I got the right flash done so that it should run right! Thanks again!
It also helps when you can go in and sound a little more intelligent then the average guy. It seems they talk at you a little different. Thanks Guys and Gals.......
I agree with what all have said. This forum is a great way to learn about our rides -- IMHO probably the best forum out there. Just wish I could remember everything I read.
rdam...i'm not sure...in the early 06's they started with an 8deg injector, it sometimes would stumble and had 3 emulsify'n(spray) holes in the end...they changed midstream to a 25deg with 6 holes and problems went away...dont think 05's had that problem

OK. I keep hearing about them, and didn't think I had a problem. No stumbling here. The longer I own this bike, the more I feel I got a "good" one.
I love reading these kinds of posts. My dealer was pretty impressed with the forum last year when I was able to tell him about the inner fairing recall on the Street Glide and the discontinuing of SE Exhausts two weeks before Harley told him. Of course, they were really impressed with us when we had our first Midwest Rally at the dealership last June.
