Up until 10 minutes ago I was sold on the SE 6 speed. Well after searching the net for any sales on Bakers I called M&M. Mark had one more DD6 builders kit for $1996. I ended up buying it and the dakota digital to callibrate the speedo. All together with shipping, $2,134.67. It's $450 more than what I planned on with the SE but a much better tranny. It also has the 3.24 1st gear.

Nice setup but I will be happy with my 110/115 setup for 1/2 that price.

I'm trying to follow, isn't the original 5 speed 1st gear ratio 10.11? Is the DD6 a lower ratio for 1st gear and an overdrive in 6th? And can someone explain about the need of Dakota digital and calibration for speedo? Thanks in advance!
