Yes it will increase power More HP the packing is more for sound
Hmmmmm..... So no packing more HP? I will have to give this a try.

Thanks! I'm gonna try it without the packing on the baffle. What do you guys think it will sound like? I know louder but obnoxious?

I run my samson powerflowii with 2.5" baffle with no packing it's not that loud but they use a different baffle design than the dragula. no packing is louder and less bass not an extreme change at all..

Cool, I'm definately gonna try it out. Just need some time off work. I feel a cough coming on.

Plus it all burns up after a few thousand anyway.
