I have a 2012 SG and decided to replace the stock exhaust. I installed a set of Rush Big Louies and their true dual headers. I also got the FuelMoto AC and a PCV with map preloaded.
I'm getting quite a bit of decel pop from the right side muffler only. Anything above 2k rpm is doing it. I've checked everything I can think of for leaks to no avail. I've held a flame up to each joint..I've done the smoke test...I replaced the gaskets when I changed it.
I've talked to FM a lot and changed fuel values at 0% and even changed the ignition values at 0%. None of it even affected the decel pop which tells me there has to be a leak somewhere. Any suggestions?
I'd guess map is setup for baffles but you removed them. So you need something like BCT's to give you back a little back pressure while still giving you the noise level you want. If you left baffles in then it's exactly like Dawg said.
