i have a 2008 road king with a supertrap exhaust,my question is it's not loud enough,i'm tols there are disc in the exhaust and if you add more it gets louder, where are they do i just take the end caps off the exhaust and are they there and also do the baffles come out,can i remove them and do you advise that for better sound
True the more discs you add the louder it gets, Im running 28 and its still quiet. But Im over the loud statement thing. Get the plate with the hole, that should satisfy you, but you will loose almost all your low end pulling power and gain it on the top end.

Bagman, the S/T open end cap is equal to 10 disks when making flow equations. ( the nightstick is slightly smaller, equal to 9... in the pic above, the open cap is a dummy, there is a closed cap inside)
28 disk ( or 18 disks and open end cap) will "flow the core" meaning that you are more open than the 2" core is able to flow--- this happens right about 28, so 30 35 or 40 will be essentially the same total flow.
