The beginning of this week I noticed the backrest of my Mustang seat had a tear on the top. I remembered the backrest feeling not right on my way to work the day before. I have to take my laptop to work and do so using a backpack. Apparently what happened is when I got on the bike the backpack flipped my backrest backwards and the adjustment screw is what tore it. I called Amy at Mustang and she is sending out another cover at no charge.
I also mentioned a friend has a Mustang that one of the button studs came out of so she said she would send a few of those as well. Yesterday I got a package from Mustang, opened it and there were 2 Mustang hats, a couple magnetic calendars, spare chrome studs, 3 button studs and 2 bottles of super glue. I called because the replacement cover was not in there but it was sent a day later so I should be receiving it today or tomorrow.
Next time I need a seat I know what company I will be making my purchase from!!!
