Mimo in the transmission I suggest 80/140 specification GL-5. For the Primary the HD Formula+ is hard to beat if you can get it.
For the Primary there are many favorites in use by others.
The main thing is to make sure it is not 'friction modified'. "JASO MA" Specification on the bottle ensures no friction modifiers are used.
I personally see no real need for synthetics in the Primary as a good quality mineral straight 40 or even 50 should be OK, changed with your preferred oil change interval.

Mimo, JASO MA Specification is fine for the primary. It has no frictions modifiers that could possibly induce clutch slip.
Good old HD Formula+ if you can get it easily is really good stuff. It's the only HD supplied fluid I will use.
If your address is APO you can get anything you need. Shipping would be to New York, but you already knew that. That means you could get Amsoil 60wt or Redline 20w-60. Run 75-110 in the tranny, and vtwin 20w-50 in the primary. I live in Arizona and run 20w-50 in the motor, 75-110 in the tranny and ATF in the primary.
I know this sounds wild as hell, but I would see what the long haul, over the road diesel trucks are running in your neck of the woods and take a lead from that.
I use Rotella 10W-40 year around here in the southern plains. You aren't actually riding your bike in the daytime when it is 120+ are you??
