glad to here the Ohlins worked out for you , my only suggestion would have been to call Howard , he has his shop phone forwarded to his cell phone and is always at bikeweek and biketoberfest and would have given you a much better price than you paid , I stopped by and saw him and he had about 15 pair of Ohlins and 25 pair of JRI on hand , I had him build me a set of JRI at his hotel , I will post pictures of Howard hard at work and do a review between my Ohlins #3-#3 and my new JRI's shortly , enjoy them and ride safe
I spoke with howard last night and if its you it sounded as if your were very happy with the jri's over the ohlins....

Who knew Oh well, live and learn, but I am happy with the shocks and the ride so I'm not gonna cry over a few bucks.
By the way the $600 was a complete OTD price including tax and installation, so the shocks themselves were actually around $568. Howard has a list price on his web site at $679. I know he discounts for us but I'm thinking I at least got fairly close to what Howard would have charged. Like I said still happy with what I got.
I've got the 3-3's from Howard and am very happy with the improved ride. On the front I put in Fabrik8r's modified Intimator cartridge with Ride Tech springs. Much improved over stock.
