Today you can buy a small endoscope for less than $50, a really nice helper in such a case.
Ok Sorry for the crappy pic's, but here goes. The first pic is at after 1000 mi. the next had 4000mi. Now the ground strap was pointing at 6 oclock for the plug that has 1k on it.

I can try to get better pic's if needed. LOL

And here is the rear after 4k mi. The rear after 1k looks the same. The bike has Rineharts, Power vision pv-1, stage 1 A/C and a Fuel Moto tune.

Two questions:
- Was the '4K' front plug well seated?
Usually when such an "oily deposit" collects along the thread you have a problem with the seal or the plug didn't reach the bottom. You would definitely have seen oil on your tail pipe or smelled burnt oil if it had been related to combustion.
- Doesn't the '1K' front plug have a cracked ceramic?
My browser clearly displays a black contour line around the clear (intake) side of the isolator. The tip of the central electrode (metal) reveals it has overheated severely; this could be related with the broken/split ceramic.

In any case I wouldn't re-use this plug.

The rear plug shows your bike is well tuned and the looks of your front plug lets me think it was not well seated at some point in time...
If you have a tap, compressed air and patience clean your front thread and start the test again.

there is something wrong in the front cylinder...compression check first ...either way the head has to come off.....blown head gasket, broken ring, bad guide, any one or all...hope for a bad head gasket.....

Assuming the plug was seated correctly, I'd have to agree with this. It does not look good.

It wasn't a crack I scraped it knife and it came off. As far as the 4k plug it did seem to come out easy so maybe just loose. The 1k plug does not have oil on the treads. I wish I could have seen the plugs at the 1k service. I am still wondering if the stage 1 A/C breather hole from the head is not complety clear? Or it could be as simple as bad tune for the front cylinder? I know if I take to Harley they will say it's normal Well aleast till the warranty runs out.

To avoid confusion I would start with two clean plugs gapped 0.040, you don't need new ones. If there is oil seeping into a cylinder you will smell it immediately. It's not a good thing to scrape the electrode with a knife because the line you see is electrically conductive.
