Use the Chrome Cash for Chrome. Don't waste any $ on H-D shocks. Invest in a premium shock and you will be glad you did. Progessive are probably better or similar to H-D Premuim shocks, but still off the shelf. Howard will custom build the shocks of your choice for you and your riding style/habits.
