I talked to Howard last night , he flew out to South Dakota early in the week to purchase a work truck , he is on the road driving back , he said he probably won't be back til Monday , he has had limited phone coverage and no internet access so he will be returning calls and answering questions as soon as he can
How do you purchase the JRI shocks? I went to their website and it doesnt give an option for touring models.
go to www.motorcyclemetal.com and call Howard , he has a JRI section , they just got into the cruiser market and have developed everything around what Howard has told them , he is developing this page so not all the specs are listed yet , also he gives forum members a huge discount off the listed price , what I like about JRI is I feel they are better built than the Ohlins and all models come in both a 12" and 13" version , there is none of these odd ball lengths
After spending about $17.00 on a good spanner wrench for my new JRI Shocks, I find out the JRI Rep was right, they can be adjusted with your hand very easily.

All Ohlins are metric, Internationally it is Harley that is oddball.....
Hey Graham , you are correct , but when replacing Harley Shocks that are either 12" length or 13" length with Ohlins because they are metric they convert over to lengths like 11 5/8 / 12 7/8 / 13 1/4 / 13 3/38 and so on which is not a problem but is oddball lengths in the US , JRI being American made come in 12" or 13" lengths which are direct cross over lengths to Harley , that's all I'm saying
