Measure carefully, there may be more room when using an aftermarket HU. The stock HK may take up more room vertically, placing the amp higher and possibly hitting the fairing.

I've got a 09 Road Glide I put 2 fosgate p165 on the inside of the fairing. I cut e into the inside and they were shallow enough to continue to use glove box. I run 2 sets of the same speakers with the fosgate 300x4 amp. The sound is awesome. If ur gonna go after market make sure you use 4ohm soeakers

I know this is an old thread but does anyone know if this amp will fit the older fairing of a 2001 electra glide classic?
