No, and I say that because it is not worth the hassle. The 02 sensors are a different size and located in a different spot. They make adapters and a wire extension but for the trouble you're going to, a decent set of used dresser duals or the like can be had fairly cheap and will sound better.

There is a company that sells the catless(modded) 2011-2012 headers for about $100. Wild Pig pipes in Holly Hill, Fl. I believe they are on Ebay and do quality work.

I'd opt for the true duals while you're going to the trouble.

Nope, frame change in 2009 will not allow use of pre 2009 pipes.

A few guys have stock header pipes with the cat removed for sale on e-bay. They say what years they will fit. I bought a set there for $135.00 including shipping for my 2013 street glide. I like the look of the stock header pipe and added a set of Rush Big Louie slip on mufflers. Sounds great. The cat keeps the bike from sounding like a harley. Now I have a deep but not too loud exhaust. Perfect for me. I can still hear the stereo but the bike sounds much better. Also saved about $500.00 going with this set up compared to a new true dual exhaust.
