Hey there, here is the deal, had a new tire put on and seems with out telling me they bent my rear pulley! Got to love shops!! LOL anyway, looking for a good rear pulley for my 07 Ultra. It is a one inch belt and a 66 tooth pulley. Dont need billet or fancy, just a good decent pulley. If anyone has one they would let go of at a decent price let me know please.
on my 07 i went with a rear pulley from a japanese model sportster 68 tooth, and it let me retain the ids.the pulley was around 50$ not including ids parts.
You might want to consider IDS. Really smoothed out my 07's driveline. Standard on everything since. I'd almost be willing to sell you my original pulley, but I'm keeping all the stock parts. Don't really know why though.
If you don't already have it, I would recommend that you invest in IDS. If you don't want to go that route I may have my original '07 pulley that I might be willing to part with.

And if that won't work:
And I don't know if it will fit, but I have a 66 tooth IDS type off an 08 that I'd sell at a good price. Has about 10,000 miles on it. The rubbers looked good when I changed it out....went to a 68 tooth.

I don't think the '08 (25mm) will fit an '07 axle (1"). I'm not sure if the bearing part is different, the pulley the same, or both are different.
BTW, I just got finished belatedly answering your email.

If the shop bent the pulley, why aren't they replacing it? Am I missing something here?
The IDS, Ok, how much to change it over to IDS , and also as far as everyone going to 68 tooth? Does it make a lot of difference? Is the Speed O off by changing it?
As far as the shop that bent it, they say it was that way and that the NEW SNAP ON TIRE MACHINE WONT DO THAT! Said they would help me find a replacement and work with me, but after a month and not hearing from them? Guess not.
