You are going to be WAY lean and you need a tuner of some kind. The Harley Race tuner says right on the box "may have warranty implications". ALSO dealers installed thousands of Power Commanders before Harley came out with a good tuner.

dont get bogged down with the dealer's bullshit. and find a dyno guy. i was anti-dyno for normal riders, but i have since been 'found'
get a tuner, let a competent guy tune it, and enjoy thousands of miles of problem-free riding.
if u already have the stg1 download, add a pcv (make sure to tell fuelmoto you have the download) if u have any warren tie issuies take the pcv off the bike b4 u take it to the dealer and don't tell them u had one.it only takes like 5 minutes.
You indicate a stage one download (waste of money), but you did not say that you have a high flow air cleaner to go along with the header and pipes. Are you still running the stock air cleaner?

The bike had the SE air cleaner installed along with the stage 1 download at time of purchase. Ran fine until I added the cat less head pipe. VIEDs fixed that except for the short hesitation about 5 minutes into riding from cold start. My last ride the hesitation lasted a little longer. Not sure why. Always runs great after the 5-10 seconds of hesitation. Bike is definitely not fully warm when this occurs.
I really appreciate all of the great feedback on this forum. I would post more if I didn't have to type on this goofy iPad screen.
