Got 'em on a '10 RK. Stick like glue, wet or dry. Not going to waste money on **** that gets less than 10,000 miles per. Got 17,000 out of E lll's,just too slippery on wet mountain roads.

That sucks Man ! Maybe a bad tire? Check the pressure? I recently put a front and rear Commanders on mine and they are for me the best tire I have run yet. In the past I have run dunlops,Avon, Metz and Continentals, love these Michelins. Only put about 1k on them so far but have ridden dry and warm roads to cold and wet but not heavy rain yet. Time will tell the miles they last.

E3 front and rear on my '07.They have performed well and also reduced the rear wheel steer of the tires with circular pattern tread. Looking to try the Com.2 on the rear, but may stay with the E3 front as it does great and gets great mileage.

This is good to hear... I have a CII on the back of my '10 RK which I really like, and need to replace the OEM front now. I was planning on the CII for the front as well. Anyone else running CII on the front of a '09 and up touring bike?

Thanks!

Yeah it didn't end up raining enough that day to test it out....SO I dunno....I should have done more research on the tire before I bought them. I didn't know they were formulated for heavier touring bikes until about a month after I had them.

I have posted many times on this subject usually finding I am 1 in a group that does not like the way my new Commanders handle. They are hard, slip on dry surfaces, slip when I change gears, and have taken the enjoyment out of cruising through the twisties.

I can't wait until i have enough money to replace these things. They may last longer than the Dunlops I have grown to trust over the years but for me....grip is more important than tire changes.

amen to that!

I know how you feel also to be the odd man out....Every one else seems to love them...The only common denominator I can find is, the people that love them are on heavier FL model bikes....Mine is an FX....

I have them on my Dyna and they stick like glue. PRessure at least 40 front like was said above and a little higher rear. Look at the side of the tire for the max psi and make sure you are not set at psi for stock tires as that will make any tire ride like crap.
