Warped front rotors - warrant?

Bought mine used with 15k miles. Came with warped rotors from the dealer and I bought that bike sight unseen since I live several hours away from the store. My sales rep told met that my extended service warranty didn't cover rotors and to ride it out and just replace the brakes next year. I told him to f-off. Wrote a letter to the manager and the rotors came in the mail right away. They offered to pay a closer dealer to install them but I took care of it myself. A tech from the dealer also told me that rotors weren't covered. You just have to keep pressing.
