I decided to purchase the color matched king pack for my flhxse3 for my trip to sturgis next summer. After searching the forums, I realised it was gonna take about 8-10 weeks for delivery. Oh well, i'll have it for spring. I ordered it on November 20th & it showed up at the dealers today (Dec. 19) HOLLY CRAP.
As i'm thinking, I cant wait to get this thing mounted and go for a rip, I'm looking out the window at over a foot of snow in the yard and it's still coming down.
It's gonna be a looooong winter.
That's awesome! Hope my frame and every painted part on my bike plus lowers and tour pack arrive soon. It's been cold so I don't mind driving the rental car for a month or two.
Too bad you couldn't have git the chopped.
It's the best lookin' of the 3 sizes.
The chopped may be the best looking, but the King TP is the only choice if you want enough room to go touring. Ideally, having both would be best- the King for long trips and the Chopped for packing a few things while running around for the day.
