I have the 16" Flying Apes on a Softail. The 16" are really 17.5". The base width (from where the rise begins on both sides) is around 11". You can always roll the bars forward if you are concerned about the pullback. I am not sure what you are looking for on the "end rise". SJ Ron
I'm 6'3" and am running the Gansters 16's. I have mine pulled back so I can still run my windshield. My sig pic shows how far back you will need them to run your shield, not too far. Just an FYI, you will need to change out all your cables and brake line for them. Good luck!!!
