I have a 2012 Road Glide Ultra I would like to switch over to custom dynamics led turn signals. The question i have is if I go to a brake turn run signal on the rear would I order 1157 clusters or 1156. I thhink the stock rear turn signal is a 1156.
I don't think you need to rewire anything, Biketronics makes a plug & play to turn your rear signals to Brake Turn Run They call it the tail stopper I'm just wondering if I can use 1156 clusters or 1157.
If you have the center tail light and separate blinkers you need 1156 lamps and custom dynamics sells a module called the triple play. That will handle run brake turn you will also need to purchase the proper load balancer for the leds. Both should be plug and play.
If you're not sure, email or call Custom Dynamics. I've used them and they're very responsive....great customer service. Good luck.....you're gonna love your LED's.
