[Those are just for the parts if you buy the performance package. You should be over 100/100 with a decent exhaust.]
Wow!! I had no idea that this kit could add this much hp/torq. Sounds like a whole lot of bang for the buck. Looks like my next upgrade.
Thanks all for the info.
So approximately $2500 +/- ...
Is that for a dealer install? And what kind of hp/torq numbers is that likely to get?
That is parts only and the headwork. Labor prices vary but about another 1k or so for labor. Depending on the tune, it's about 95/95 give or take a few.

Don't quote me, but the Rev Perf. kit and the GMR kits look identical and I've read that's where his come from. Not 100% but the price and parts are identical.
a GMR Stage II kit is 2800 bucks and will get you well over 105/105...the 615/585 cam is very quiet and the engine starts on the first hit everytime....it was a very easy install and all the parts in the kit are top notch....there are no drawbacks....i sprung for an HP Inc 55mm TB and the R&R cast badass heads....mine makes 118hp and is well mannered til ya whack on it...it gets 40mpg unless you are gittin after it....i run a SERT and V&H True duals....it has been the best mod i've done and i cannot say enuff about how good of a combo, how streetable, and how much power this little 98 makes...fact is, if you hammer in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, better be watchin the tach or it will bang the rev limiter within 2 to 3 secs....my motor makes 90ftlbs of torque at 2000 rpm, yes, thats 2000...it really starts to pull at 2700 and i need to reset the rev limiter to 7000 causethe valve train isset up to do that....the cam timing is the reason it will start so easy with 10.5 to 1 compression, i have releases and never use them...the motor NEVER PINGS ...call Steve, you'll be glad you did if youre lookin for power
the kits are identical....both will cost the same...Revolution Performance makes jugs and Reggie Sr(head guru to NASCAR) is the man behind the R&R cast & billet heads as well as the 615/585 cam....i bought from Steve bc he builds em and takes the time to listen and then teach you as you build your own....the jugs DO NOT have steel sleeves...it is NICKASIL coated, the same used in NASCAR, used by every other motorcycle company, will last much longer, weigh less and dissipate heat quicker bc its all aluminum and not two dissimilar metals...a stock jug will only go to 95 and there's nothin wrong with em either....i seen some stupid fast 95's....IMO, the big bore stock stroke will tach faster and outperform ANY SE 103 i've seen and i have plum run off an hid from quite a few
You went with the big HP kit..I was looking at the same kit w/the low CR. I would really like to attempt the engine build myself but working full time, going to college nights and a family limits the time I have to play in the garage. Dealer quoted me just shy of a grand to do the install which I didn't think was too bad.
