The SG is at the dealer having the 5k service done. Really comtemplating going with the 98" kit from GMR. I'd like to hear from anyone who's done this kit and any drawbacks?
Also, I've heard the 06 heads flow so well, is it really necessary to clean them up to get good results?
Best results are achieved with the 98", cams and head work as long as you already have a good exhaust, A/C and a tuner. The only negative thing will be unable to get the constant smile off of your face.
I'm in the same position, my '06 RG is going in for its 5k service. Can someone tell me what the 98 kit consists of, and what it is going for? Are there any problems post-install? I'd sure like more power, but I don't want to sacrifice reliability. Thanks.
