Default Windshield Height for RK

I purchased a 2012 Cop RK with the high air police solo seat, and super tall windshield. I couldn't flat foot so I replaced the seat with a Danny Gray Buttcrack. I was looking through the windshield with the original seat and now it is even taller. I need to cut my windshield down. So my question is: While sitting on my bike, where should the top of my windshield be in relationship to my face?
Thanks
Mark

It should hit you right around the tip of your nose

I like it so you are just peeping over the top. No fun looking through bug guts.

With my Glide I can normally see over the top of it. If I sit up real straight I get a better view, or if I slouch I can look through the top of it.

If you use a length of sticky tape you can move it up and down the windshield until you feel you have it right. While cutting it take your time, as in my experience it is very easy to heat the plastic so it grabs the saw blade.

do a search on this forum, there are several threading explaining the actual cutting of the windshield..I did mine and it was quite easy and only took an hour or so total...basically it is mask, mark, cut, sand, unmask...as far as where to cut it...if I remember correctly, you should get on level ground, put a mark on the ground about 50 feet away in front of the bike, sit on the bike like you normally would and llok at the mark on the ground...where you see the mark through the windshield is where you cut...
