Knucklehead style bars
I have a 1999 road king that I'm trying to give a nostalgic look too. I put a solo seat on it with springs, took off the bags etc. the last thing I want to do is change the handlebars. I want that 1940's style knucklehead look for the bars. I've generally browsed the different styles of beach bars and they seem to be the closest style, but I was wondering if anyone out there has done the same thing to their road king and might have some suggestions as to what kind of bars would look the best. Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is the look and style I am going for. Thanks

I just ran across your topic, since I want something like old knucklehead bars ob my road king too...
From what I've seen and found - my call would be either Wildones WO550 or Klock Werks Mentele bars....
If anyone else has any ideas maybe?!...

I, too, was once seeking that look but, also the hand position of lower and closer to me on my Road King. I had my bike Old Schooled out. Take a look at the Chubbys 508's. The bends are a bit more radical, but the look is there. I was real happy with them. The most comfortable bar I've ever had. They also have a 518 with less pull back for taller riders.
