Any better suggestions?

Default Same oil

Same oil in all three holes.. No way.. 20w50 is too light to run in the tranny or the primary. Harley oil is made by Citgo.. No offense to anyone but I will not run anthing but Spectro or Red line oils in my bikes.. Spectro is hand blended in small batches like a fine Bourbon. Spectro makes oils for BMW. Red line oils are run in jets.

Anyway, both products are much better than what Harley offers..

Red Line power pack or Vtwin includes engine oil, tranny and primary in a kit =

I don't like the way my bike shifts with light weight oil in the trans, I like gear lube in the gear box, anything will work in the primary, and pick your favorite oil in the engine and stick with it.

I went with 20/50 in all 3 holes this time - Some say you must have 70 or 90 in the trans but hell I ran Goldwing's for 30 years where I only had one hole to fill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It actually shifts better with the 20/50 V-Twin oil - Buy it at most any Wally World's when on the road if need be - tom

BMW...Way more high performance than these slugs we ride.

Jets....not even in the same category!!

Wheres the proof that an engine failed due to the Harley oil being inferior to those mentioned? Seen quite a few bikes running Harley oils with 100k+ and they still running strong. Seen some running the exotic stuff too...still have not seen proof that one is better than the other in terms of engine failing. Just say you run it because you like it...dont write a check about Harley stuff that you cant cash....Just sayin....

I dont like the way my engine shifts when I rev my transmission to redline and I sure as hell dont like the way my drive belt changes from one radio station to another. And because of these things, it makes my bike feel heavier when its sitting in the garage and im staring at it in front of the computer with the picture of the birds that I took last week. So because of that, I run 83282 turbine engine oil that costs $160 a quart in my wheel bearings and I put 23699 which is good to 1000 degrees in my front fork lock and then for the engine I run recycled, purified, non-organic kitty urine in my tourpak and it's some specially blended burbon made in that dry country of kuwait that nobody is able to get access to but me...
