Default Adjustable air defectors on SG

Has anyone added the adjustable air deflectors on a street glide with the stock winsheild? Did it help the buffeting?

Unless you get rid of the stock windshield, nothing is going to help the head flutter above 40 miles an hour. I have a 8 1/2" shield, fairing deflectors and fork deflectors and have almost no buffeting. It's either form or function when it comes to comfort on these bikes.

8 inches and up will help greatly. I did 8 and my ability to hear my radio at 75 mph increased noticeably.

Yes and yes.....don't bother with the adjustable, save the cash and get the standard deflectors they really quiet down the ride.

+1 for the "cheap" fixed air deflectors. Put them on my 2012 SG ant the reduction in buffeting was dramatic. Also now able to listen to the radio at speeds in excess of 65/70.
