exhaust opinions and help
I have a 2010 RoadGlide which had a 2:1 system on it. I just bought a 2009 head pipe and set of Rhineharts. I have ordered the O2 sensor extention kit and bung bushings from NAMZ as well but cannot get my sensors out of the old headpipe.
Any advice on removing these since heat isn't an option?

Use a blow torch and heat the pipe around the bung threads to expand the metal. Avoid heating the sensor as much as you can. Headers and exhaust manifolds are notrious for seizing threads due to the high heat.

Why would heat not be an option? Doesn't take any more heat than would be generated by your exaust gases which the sensor is exposed to anyway. Just concentrate the heat to the flange around the sensor, use the sloted socket made for sensors.
