Oil presure problem
In other words the dealer is tired of you coming in and complaining and since it's under warranty he's not making any money off you, except what HDMOCO refunds him.
And he doesn't have a clue to the problem.
Now if it is quiet until the engine is thoroughly warmed up, I would suspect a oil delivery problem more so than mechanical but that's not entirely true either.
Back when you had to manually adjust valve clearances on bikes, cars, trucks whatever,
the books usually gave you a cold and hot tolerance, because the metal expanded as it got hotter and tolerances decreased.
Now in a hydraulic lifter it does this automatically.
The lifter is basically a hydraulic jack. the valving lets the oil get in faster than it can get out.
thus the lifter "pumps" up closing the valve lash gap.
Presuming everything is right in the machining and tolerances of the entire valve train,
I would suspect two things other than restrictions in passages.
Oil pump that can not supply enough VOLUME of oil when hot not just pressure, so there is enough oil to keep lifters pumped up when warm. this can be an internal leak of oil pump system
(bad o ring that has been causing sumping problems).
Or maybe bad valving in the lifter, letting oil out too fast.
Or poor engineering.
If you are sure the pump is fine (not sumping etc)
Even though they're expensive you might try better lifters.
Same thing used to happen in cars quite often when lifters got old.
Except for a Stage 1, air filter kit& download, it,s stock. It has sin 3 in all 3 holes for now. Since delivery/new every adjustment to be made to the drivetrain has been made. Upon delivery, the primary and drive belt was so tight you could not push the bike, and going down the road/pull the clutch in it would solw down and stop by itself. the clutch was only half stroke, a cut o ring, first day, on the cover by the dipstick.bad oil leak. Stalling issue was a cracked intake and bad intake gasket. Rear exaust Y pipe broke at 5K. Now this problem, and the dealer where I bought it suggested I put louder pipes on it and take it to another shop, to see if they can find anything wrong. Bloomington H/D, Indiana
) I was hard to unscrew and was clean but that could be a clue? hopen its somethin simple grif good luck
