Want to see how often everyone is changing fluids running syn 3

 

Switched from Syn 3 to Mobil 1, change every 5k & always use a new filter.

 

I use Mobil 1 and change at 5000 miles with a new filter

 

Syn 3 in and Harley oil filter all three holes on an '05 Deuce traded with 86k plus miles. Same on '11 RGU currently with 32k plus miles change at every 2,500 miles. I will never move away from an H-D filter, but if I was to change oil it woul be mobil 1. I want say it but someone will chime in about dreading another oil thread/failure to use the search function. My opinion start any thread you so desire.

 

Go with Mobil 1 and change at 5k intervals or yearly. I wouldn't waste my money on Syn3

 

I use Harley Dino and change every 3K.

 

I use Mobil V twin and a Harley filter and change every three thousand miles I know you can go farther between but my 06 had 118000 miles on it when I traded it and it still ran like new and no metal at all aon the magnet drain plug

 

I use Syn 3 and stick very close to a 5K schedule.

 

Just because you paid more for syn oil doesn't mean you can run it longer...change it at the recommended interval or sooner.
