Painted Inner Fairing Owners
I'm trying to decide what color painted inner fairing to order for my new RGU. I'm afraid if I get it red to match the bike I'll get tired of looking at that much red so I'm considering black. Those of you that have chosen the color of the bike (non black) have you regretted your decision?

My inner is BBP just like the rest of the bike, and I love it.
I hear what you are saying, but I've seen a bunch of red inner fairings in pictures and liked all of them. I would say especially on the roadie since the inner is so visible, I would match it...

Replacing chrome handlebar housings
I want to re-install the OEM handlebar housings and levers and keep my chrome for my new bike. How difficult a job is this for a non wrencher?

Scarlett red Street Glide with inner fairing to match. I never get anything but positive comments.... "man i love the fairing to match", Who did it, really looks good, Gonna have mine done when i get the money.
Best $300 i spent, i never get tired of looking at it. I paid $1650 for the front wheel and only see it when i am off the bike.
Go for it, same color as bike, you wont regret it.

Mine is getting done 2 tone with the pinstripe to match up to the outer fairing, Sunglow Cherry / merlot with gold pinstripe
