Its really not a bad process, just time consuming. Don't rush and grab a service manual you'll be good. If your nervous about the wiring ship it up here and ill do it for you.

Thanks for the responses. Im thinking about the Harley pullback bar which is not near as difficult to run wire through as some of the ape bars. In reading the additional parts that are required it looks like just the wires have to be extended not the clutch cable. I had some WO508's on my Road King but trying to save some bucks and go with the Harley Pullbacks. These bars are 2" closer which is what I need. I am open for any suggestions on handlebars. Also, how about aftermarket switch housings? Any advice/recommendations there?

It's a 5 hr gig pretty much and a lot of aggravation not to mention doing something wrong. If you have ABS you will need to have the digital tech hooked up to properly bleed the brakes anyway.Have it done and take your wife shopping.

I just finished up my apes on my 13 SG and it was a lot of work. But you get to know your bike and that's the fun part!

I would not leave my bike at a shop or indy to have this done if he really did not want to do it,he is already mad cause he has to do it
