I checked it for continuity and it's good. I don't know what the resistive values for it are, but it worked before the amp.

no way to test those in fairing antennas as they're nothing more than a string of wire encapsulated in a plastic sheathing.

To test regular antenna with ohm meter
set your meter to ohm setting
touch one lead to the antenna mast
touch the other lead to the tip of the antenna wire that goes into the back of your radio. You should get a reading from 0 to about 2 ohms. if it doesn't you need to start tracing back your antenna wire that's run along the left side of the bike (as you're sitting on it)

Thanks. I sent my radio to iron Cross audio. They gave me a very fast response, they said my radio was fine. Excellent company to deal with. I'll have to check my antenna today. Thanks again.
