Looks amazing and incredible work! I have 1 question tho - is it me or are the throttle and front brake cables really long?

Very nice job. It's quite the transformation, are you planning on taller bars? Noticed the cables are a bit long.m

Yeah, the cables are long. I got these bars on a package deal but wanted to feel the ride before dedicating to longer ones. The new bars will be 12in and take up the skack.

Thanks
Mike

Does your front fender have holes for the fender skirt on the bottom rear? There are lots available, and they'll keep dirt and stuff off of your engine and front area.

I dig this thread!!! I'm a TP owner also. Love that it had no frills, then installed my own stereo, and some powder coated items myself.

very nice job and I enjoyed the project. Thanks. Don't know if you every saw it there was another project on here that was also a great read and if you have not seen it I think it was called "project cheapskate" ...with the work you do I think you would enjoy it. I'll bet some of the members reading your post remember that one also. thanks again and enjoy your new ride.
