Did you use the custom passing lamp bracket? Did you move your existing led replacement bulbs from the stock bullet turn signal housing to the new bullet turn signal housing on the passing lamp bracket?
Yes I used the same LED bulbs in the new turn signal housings. I bought new housings because I went to the gloss black bracket and my bike had chrome tuns before. Otherwise I could have just used my existing turn signals with the kit.

Wiring schematic shows that the ground wire goes to a chassis ground not tied back into signal ground. Am currently installing my P7 led's all three holes. the ground wire for my Aux light is grounded to the light bucket. Does your ride have a switch for the spots or are they tying into the ACC switch. Figure a ground is a ground but worth a try. or maybe has something to do with the switch.

Kit came with the spot light switch which is wired into the harness under the fairing cap. That was pretty straight forward with good directions.

Well seeing that the only thing that has really changed is the housing that you put the bulb in I would say you have some kind of problem with your load equalizer. The fact you put a standard bulb in and the problem goes away pretty much say it all. I would suggest checking all your connections and pins at the load equalizer and if there is nothing wrong there give Biketronics a call. The problem lies somewhere with the load equalizer.
