i'm amost sure it has power that is why i want to know where i can hook things up to it like a power port for my cell or for a gps or even a audio system .. on my last bike i had lights, power commander ect... hook up to the battery it look like a mess under my seat

Okay, that is the switch I thought you were talking about and it does have power to it. Just remove the lockdown screw and push the switch through the chrome housing, you can now tap into that connection. I used this to run my LED's under my tank (just fyi, there is only power to that switch when the ignition is on), hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions.
